I wanted to re-envision an app that I'm familiar with and try and improve it in the process.
I started out by identifying a broad landscape of companies that operate in the same space. I then identified the two companies that I wanted to analyze.
I listed out the pros and cons of each of the players in this landscape.
I then listed out certain questions and assumptions I had about these apps and conducted a survey with four users.
Executing the same task on each of these gave me insight into the app flow process.
